I have decided to practice what I preach when it
comes to mental toughness. Weight loss has been on my mind the last couple of
years and I have done a great job of procrastinating instead of getting serious.
Meanwhile I weigh 251 lbs as of August 1st, 2010 and although still working out.
So I had to make a decision to make some drastic changes. Done!
With that thought in mind I am holding myself
accountable to everyone that comes here and to show you my progress over the
next 12 weeks. If you or anyone you know wants to follow along please invite
them to this page on my website. All 12 weeks will be posted so everyone can get
the tips on the Mental Toughness that is needed to complete this
journey.
Final note: I decided to start
this journey on Sunday August 1st, 2010 and did not have my professional
equipment with me to film. So, I could have procrastinated again and not started
or could grab my small camera and shoot the start of this journey. I chose the
latter. Unless I am away from our equipment all other videos will be
professionally and done in a timely manner.
